One Time Surveys

One Time Surveys

Starting with version 6.3, it is now possible to have one-time surveys that are not accessible to volunteers once they have been completed. These work well for reporting service at the end of a school semester or collecting satisfaction information at the end of a program or event. Ongoing surveys ("many times" button) for collecting information about things such as hours or miles driven are still available. The radio button for this function ("only once") is located in the lower right hand corner of the screen shown below.


These one time surveys can either be set up by Client Services to show up on the eRecruiter in the survey list under "Report My Service," or as a separate survey link added to the eRecruiter Volunteer Main Menu.]
