eCoordinator users who network with multiple eCoordinator accounts (either in an internal hierarchy or with external organizations) may have folders set-up to automatically share data from one eCoordinator account to another from folder to folder.

Based on Geographic Area:
Starting with version 6.5, if your system uses a folder sharing within a hierarchical structure such as schools within a school district, or units within a command (military), eRecruiter can now automatically share volunteer records to designated accounts based on the geographic area they select in their volunteer profile.
Said functionality must be configured on the geographic area section/tab on the volunteer profile in the Account Management System (AMS) and Recruiter Management System (RMS). Please contact Client Services at 1-888-904-6060 for more information or to set up folder sharing.
