Volunteer Login Screen Sign-In
This is what the "Volunteer Sign-in Station" screen looks like. Volunteers will see this screen at the opportunity site.
If volunteers forget their password they can submit their name and email and be sent a new password. Where is this password sent? It is sent to the email address that they gave at registration.
If volunteers forget their password or user ID, they must submit their name exactly as they did when they registered. If the volunteer used all lower-case letters or a mixture of lower-case and upper-case, he/she must submit it exactly the same way. This also includes the use of periods, middle names, etc. If you experience a problem, please contact us.
