Click on "Tools" at the top of your screen and select "Grid Settings" from the drop down menu. The "Grid Settings" window will open.
You can also access "Grid Settings" by clicking the "Grid Settings" button above the data grid.
Here you can save specific Grid Settings that you choose. Maybe once a month you send out birthday cards and need to include the criteria "Date of Birth" in your grid. Simply name your Grid and click "Save." To the right of the "Grid Name" you can also include searches, column sort, a specific folder to open with your grid settings, or a named search in your saved grid.
Now, you can just choose your "Saved Grid" from the drop down list.
