Entering My Organization
This is the "Account" drop down box. This menu is accessible from all three tabs and will allow you to make changes to your Organization profile.
Click on "Edit My Organization" to enter the information about the agency that owns this account. The only required field is the Organization name.
All of the other Organization information is optional. Although it is optional, we recommend you fill out as much information as possible. One of the beautiful things this software can do is take the contact information that you enter for your Organization and make it available when you start creating Opportunities. This is designed to save time by reducing the need to re-enter data.
Once you have entered the Organization name you can work through the rest of the screens using as much or as little detail as you like. After you are satisfied with your entries on your current page, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page to click on the "Next" button. (You can also navigate through the profile by clicking on the tabs at the top of the profile.)
When you are satisfied with the information that you have entered, click the "Finish" button. If you click the "Cancel" button or X (located at the top-right corner of your screen), all of the new information you entered will disappear.
