As of version 6.7 and above, eCoordinator includes a “Clients” tab. In many instances, tracking the volunteer or opportunity information is not enough. Sometimes, volunteer coordinators need to track information on the specific individuals who are recipients of volunteer work. This is the reason behind the existence of the Clients tab.

Instances where the Clients tab might be used include:

Delivering library books to clients
Transporting clients (people or animals)
Foster Grandparent Programs

These are just a few examples, but simply put, any time volunteer coordinators have the need to track information on the individual recipients of volunteer services that are rendered and tracked within eCoordinator, the Clients tab will meet that need.

Not all eCoordinator users need to utilize the Clients tab.

If your organization uses eRecruiter, it is probable that clients can register online.
