There are two ways to access reports. You can access them from the menu bar at the top of the screen or from the buttons along the left side of your screen.
If you access the reports from "Report All" in the menu bar, you can create and/or run a search after you have selected the report. You can access reports for all record types, regardless of which work area is active.
Or you can access the reports using the "Reports" button on the left side of your screen. These reports are connected to whichever work area is active.
The list on the left are the volunteer reports that are available when you click the "Reports" button or select "Volunteers" from the "Report All" drop-down menu located at the top of your screen.
You can select the records that you want in the report or you can have all of the records included.
You can access almost all of the same reports from either the "Report All" menu from the menu bar, or from the "Reports" button on the left side of your screen. The exceptions are the "Volunteer Report" and "Opportunity Report" which can be accessed from only the "Reports" button.
