If you do not share information with other eCoordinator accounts, you have a "standalone" account. This is okay. Many sharing people have standalone accounts. Maybe you just have not found the right agency to share with. When you do, our Client Services will be here to assist you.
If you have a standalone account you will not have a "Share" button on the left side of your screen nor a "Share Records" selection from the Tools drop down menu bar at the top of your screen.
