modifications to your eCoordinator account(s). While this AMS manual is not 100%
comprehensive, you will discover that it was logically designed. While the AMS waters are deep, if you can understand the logical principles behind its setup, it will become quite easy to navigate around and get done what you need to.
AMS was developed as a tool for use by Samaritan Technologies client services employees. As time passed, many clients have requested the ability to customize, fix, and make changes themselves. AMS access is therefore now a tool that we lease as a product. Thank you for understanding that as AMS was initially conceived as an internal-use product, there will be references and fields that were created for internal account managers.
